Digital Product Nature

All of our products are delivered digitally and contain proprietary intellectual property, including copyrighted materials, exclusive frameworks, and strategic content.
Because of the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the content. At that point, all sales are considered final.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that purchasing digital resources can feel like a big decision — and we want you to feel supported.
That’s why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

If, after reviewing the material, you genuinely feel that the information does not deliver on its promises or provide the value in the contents, you may contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to discuss your concerns.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial store credit or other reasonable solution, at our sole discretion.

Please note that because of the nature of digital products, we do not provide automatic or full refunds. Each request is reviewed individually.

How to Submit a Request

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase

  • The product(s) you purchased

  • The date of purchase

  • A brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations

Our support team will typically review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Unauthorized Use or Fraud

If there is evidence of unauthorized use, product sharing, downloading, or fraudulent behavior, the refund guarantee is void. We reserve the right to refuse future service to individuals who violate these terms.
