PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: April 15, 2026 Zeuseel Innovations Corp. (d.b.a Whole Built) | Ontario, Canada
1. Overview
This policy governs subscription purchases, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy arrangements offered through WholeBuilt.com (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All products sold by WholeBuilt are digital products, including ebooks, online courses, coaching programs, and downloadable guides. By completing a purchase under any of these options, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below. This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, and applicable federal legislation.
2. Subscriptions
2.1 Nature of Subscription Agreements When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a time-limited or ongoing agreement for access to digital content (e.g., courses, coaching programs, or downloadable guides) at the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Your payment information will be stored securely using PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processing.
2.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
- You will be charged at each billing interval unless you have selected a prepaid option.
- Continued use of your subscription after a renewal date constitutes acceptance of the renewed terms.
- Price changes (if applicable) will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice.
2.3 Your Right to Cancel
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date with no penalty.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to your digital content through the end of that period.
- You will not be charged for any renewal period following a valid cancellation.
2.4 Cooling-Off Period & Digital Content Waiver Pursuant to Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you have the right to cancel an internet agreement within 10 days of receiving your written order confirmation, without cause and without penalty.
However, this cooling-off right does not apply once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content, provided that at the time of purchase you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that this consent removes your right of cancellation. This consent is stated in our policies.
2.5 How to Cancel You may cancel by any of the following methods:
- Via your account portal: Log in and navigate to "Manage Subscription" through the link in your order confirmation email or account dashboard, using the email used at your initial checkout, and the provided access link via request.
- By email: Contact us at support@wholebuilt.com with your name, order number, and cancellation request.
We will send written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 business days.
3. Pre-Orders
3.1 What Is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to purchase a digital product not yet available for immediate access. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount, and your payment method will be stored securely for fulfillment at a future date. The anticipated release and access date will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. If that date changes materially, we will notify you in writing.
3.2 Cancellation of Pre-Orders
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before access is granted for a full refund of any deposit or payment collected.
- Once access to the digital product has been granted and confirmed, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation; however, you retain your rights under our Returns & Refund Policy.
- If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within 30 days of the disclosed release date, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund without penalty.
3.3 Authorization of Future Charges By placing a pre-order with a stored payment method, you expressly authorize WholeBuilt to charge the remaining balance owing upon fulfillment.
4. Try Before You Buy
4.1 How It Works When you select a Try Before You Buy option, we place a pre-authorization hold on your payment method for the full purchase price. You will be granted temporary access to the digital product for a defined trial period, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4.2 Your Options During the Trial Period
- To keep the product: Take no action. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price.
- To cancel access: You must submit a cancellation request before the trial period expires in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Upon cancellation, your access to the digital product will be revoked immediately.
4.3 Important Notice Regarding Digital Access Because our products are delivered digitally, once the trial period has expired and full access has been granted without a cancellation request, your payment method will be charged automatically and the charge is final. You are responsible for managing your trial period and submitting any cancellation prior to expiry.
5. General Provisions
5.1 Refunds on Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, which are accessible immediately upon purchase or access grant, all sales are generally final once digital content has been delivered. Refunds are issued at our discretion outside of the statutory cooling-off period, except where required by law. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
5.3 Modifications to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use of your subscription following notice constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
5.4 Governing Law This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
